Randstad is partnering with a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Regency Park, and we’re on the hunt for a reliable, energetic Delivery Driver to join the crew! If you love being out on the road, staying active, and being the friendly face delivering South Australia’s favourite products, this is the ride for you.

Where You’ll Be Cruising 🗺️

Say goodbye to boring, repetitive runs. Most days, you’ll be covering the metro area anywhere from Gawler down to Seaford. And every now and then? You might even snag a scenic coastal run down to Victor Harbor!

The Hours & The Cash ⏰💰

• Training Week: We ease you in with a 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM schedule so you can learn the ropes with confidence.

• Regular Shift: Once you’re flying solo, shifts kick off around 6:30 AM to ~3:00 PM (or until the job’s wrapped up).

• Love Overtime? Great news—there’s generally an opportunity most days for overtime!

A Day in the Life

• Smooth Deliveries: Unloading via tailgate and cruising through drops with an Electronic Pallet Jack (EPJ).

• Hands-On Action: Moving roll cages and handling stock— (Don’t sweat it if you haven’t done cages before—we’ll train you onsite; you just bring the fitness!)

• Customer Smiles: Giving customers a quick call in advance and greeting them with top-tier service and a friendly attitude.

• Tech & Paper: Using modern Sign-on-Glass tech for proof of delivery (plus managing the odd paper POD and Chep docket).

• Safety First: Ensuring loads are properly restrained and your truck is safe and secure.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with EPJ (Electronic Pallet Jack) and tailgate unloading.

• Solid understanding of load restraint guidelines.

• Good working knowledge of the Adelaide metro road network.

• Physical fitness and readiness for some active manual handling.

• A genuine focus on customer service and a positive team attitude.

• Tech-savvy enough to handle Sign-on-Glass devices (training provided!).

• Forklift licence? Definitely a nice bonus, but not essential!

Onboarding & Eligibility Checklist 📋

To make sure you hit the ground running, successful applicants will need:

• Full Australian working rights (with no visa limitations).

• A reliable personal vehicle and driver's licence to ensure punctual arrival for early morning starts.

• An up-to-date Driver History Report.

• Willingness to complete pre-employment onboarding prior to day one, including:

  • A National Police Check

  • A comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (including Drug & Alcohol screening)
